About Jonathan Williams


Jonathan's responsibilities include company system development, administration, marketing, and strategies for long-term company growth. Mr. Williams has extensive experience in start-up, day-to-day operations and merger/ acquisitions of small to medium sized corporations.  Prior to DIACON, Mr. Williams co-founded Global Maintenance Resources in January 2001 and successfully led the company through double and triple digit growth, by utilizing successful cash management and growth strategies. Mr. Williams led Global Maintenance Resources through a successful acquisition in mid-2006.

Mr. Williams is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board for BigMop.com, Inc. where he has led the unprecedented marketing campaign that has gained national recognition. Through BigMop.com, Mr. Williams became known as an industry expert and propelled the company into the number 1 slot in the Internet janitorial industry. Jonathan developed a revenue structure that provides monthly recurring receivables through a membership program and provides unprecedented discounts to members on cleaning supplies. BigMop.com, Inc. went from negative profitability to profitability in 2 years through Mr. Williams’ leadership. Mr. Williams was introduced to the technology arena by helping structure and market BidManiac, Inc. in which the assets were later assumed by GoTo Auctions. Prior to BidManiac, Inc., Jonathan was the Co- Founder of Environmental Services, a cleaning service based in Seattle, WA.

In addition to the companies above, Jonathan has restructured and served in advisory roles for numerous corporations and assisted in turn-arounds of negative profitability entities. Jonathan has been hired as a consultant by numerous firms including Seagate Technologies, CHW and Club One to develop processes including, RFP’s, Maintenance Specifications and Training, Selection of surfaces, Manufacturer disputes and overall building design. Mr. Williams has supported community organizations in operations, fund raising and program direction. Jonathan serves on a multitude of boards in various capacities ranging from Treasurer to Chairman. He is a committee member for Historic Ships at Pacific Square, in which he has assisted in successful development of national legislation, fundraising programs, technology, revenue, operations and museum plans. Jonathan has been featured in national speaking engagements on Technology in the Facility Management Industry and in nationwide articles on janitorial related topics.

During his free time, Mr. Williams supports causes related to veterans and the US Navy. He also enjoys building furniture, remodeling houses (especially older homes), the overall preservation of history, and spending time with his family.
